1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand or product launches, processing times may be extended by up to 2 additional business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
From time to time, Glowmint™ may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website or at checkout.

Shipping cost estimates are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): From $4.99 USD
  • International: From $9.99 USD

Final shipping fees will appear before payment is confirmed.


4. Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed once your package has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Glowmint™ is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address details entered by the customer.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Glowmint™ is not liable for delays or costs resulting from customs procedures or international import regulations.
