Thank you for shopping with Glowmint™, a brand owned and operated by Elite Core Group LLC.
We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure that every purchase with us is a positive experience. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return and refund practices.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products for health and safety reasons.
  • Digital or downloadable goods.

2. Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact our  support team at info@glowmint.co with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at info@glowmint.co.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

7. Klarna Disclosure (Buy Now, Pay Later Orders)

If you purchased using Klarna, refunds are handled according to Klarna’s payment terms.

  • When a refund is processed, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly.
  • If you’ve already paid one or more installments, Klarna will refund those payments back to your original payment method.
  • For detailed Klarna refund policies, please visit www.klarna.com.

Please note: Glowmint™ cannot control the exact timing of Klarna refunds once processed from our end.
